1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") governs the relationship between you ("Member" or "User") and the maxim88 platform ("Platform"), operated under the name maxim88.express. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the maxim88 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all Terms set out in this document.

The outcome of all casino games is considered final once a round or hand is completed and recorded in the system. Technical Disruption

In the event of a technical disruption, loss of internet connection, or system failure during an active game, maxim88 will refer to system records to determine the outcome. Sports Betting

For Sports Betting — including Malaysia Super League and EPL football, badminton, tennis, e-sports, and other sports — all bets are considered valid once confirmed by the maxim88 system. Bets cannot be cancelled after a match has started, except under circumstances specifically stated in the maxim88 Sports Betting rules. If a match is cancelled, suspended for more than 24 hours, or left incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the member's account.

6 Member Conduct and Prohibited Activities

As a maxim88 member, you agree to use the platform in an honest, ethical manner and in accordance with all established rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the maxim88 platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's information to open an account.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or defraud the betting system.
• Using unauthorised automation software, bots, or assistive tools during gameplay.

Maxim88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice in serious cases:

• Activity suspected of involving money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Multiple Account Ownership.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

Maxim88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the value of actual deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.
